As a trusted business advisor to the Site Management team, the Plant Controller will use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify, drive, and support business improvements throughout the site and its processes. Using financial data to create commercial success is a priority.
The Maintenance Supervisor provides direction to the Maintenance Department with specific focus on preventive and timely corrective maintenance of process, facility, and auxiliary equipment. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Make replacement parts and new parts, from blueprints and other specifications, to required tolerances and finish. Assemble machines and auxiliary equipment from prints and documentation, including wiring and piping diagrams. Perform most work under general supervision, but reports to the Operations Manager. The hours for this position are 7pm-7am Wednesday/Thursday/Friday + every other Saturday.
The Maintenance Supervisor will work in close collaboration with the Site Management and will be in contact with a global team for best practices transfer and technical support. This motivated hands-on professional will be a key leader in Osasco site and will drive rapid improvements in his / her area. (S)he will work close to production and quality coordinators to ensure the department has been managed in accordance with ISO standards and local regulations. The maintenance supervisor will manage his/her own cost centres of maintenance and the site’s infrastructure as well as energy cost. (S)he will be proposing investment projects. (S)he will oversee and coach a team of 8 mechanics and technicians, 1 purchasing analyst and two contractors. (S)he will be responsible for the complex machine park (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic) of ARM’s Brazilian site, designing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, structured maintenance methodologies and systems.
Manager Maintenance and Infrastructure
The Manager Maintenance and Infrastructure will work in close collaboration with the Site Manager. The manager MI will be a key leader of the management team of the Belgian site and will drive rapid improvements in his / her area. (S)he will be jointly responsible for the site’s results. The manager MI will manage his/her own cost centers of maintenance and the site’s infrastructure as well as the important cost of energy and energy recuperation. (S)he will oversee and coach a team of 6 technicians and engineering staff. (S)he will be responsible for the complex machine park (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic) of ARM’s Belgian site, designing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, structured maintenance methodologies and systems. (S)he will be proposing and realizing investment projects (up to 1 mil Euro per year). The MI will be the key counterpart for suppliers and vendors in her/his domain.
